Health education extends beyond the body.
Our Becoming You Health Education Series takes a hands on approach, using activities like growing microgreens to help girls explore the connection between nutrition, healthy habits, and their own well-being. We create opportunities for youth to learn by doing, ask questions, and discover new possibilities beyond their immediate surroundings.
Our Informed You Series takes this approach into sexual and reproductive health. Everyone deserves the knowledge to understand their bodies, relationships, choices, and health without shame, stigma, or misinformation. Building this knowledge is an essential part of health literacy, especially in communities facing barriers to reliable information and care.
